Creative Channels
Posted by JimmyMBE - 30/06/10 at 01:06 pmWell, I guess I thought this was worthy of note, a £20 note at that. I am aware that the text which follows may appear like a series of adverts for those mentioned, that is not the desire within the post – I do wish to recognise the ‘GOOD NEWS’ element and encourage you to identify other potential aspects for [ www.positiveattitude.me ]
I have signed up to a newswire service news@easyeditor.net, which is being run by a young lad Paul Kelbie of www.flagmedia.co.uk to see if I can identify greater sources of ‘good news’; ‘charitable works’; ‘successes’ and ‘motivation’. I guess, time will tell.
Back to the £20 note, it appears that any note with Edward Elgar will no longer be accepted in shops, this is a step being used to combat forgeries – the GOOD NEWS is that the bank will exchange any that you have (providing they are not forgeries).
The ‘creative channels’ in the headline also relate to some of the opportunities being made available to entrepreneurs, through a scheme being launched in a university somewhere in England, they are hoping to run an innovative auction where investors can bid money; time; expertise; resources, etc to help entrepreneurs take an idea to prototype stage – thereafter negotiations will be needed to develop the prototype into a viable commercial product / service. – that surely falls under the category of ‘MOTIVATION’.
Another story from the newswire indicated the steps that should be taken to adopt stricter security measures against identity theft, www.stampwithease.co.uk has a range of self-inking stamping devices that can be used to stamp your ’brand’ on your documentation – they have also recently launched a new product ‘Personal Identification’ security stamp, which obliterates your personal details, etc – thereby making it more difficult for those who go through trash, to steal your identity. Time to be more vigilant folks, hoping that these good news links motivate you to share others within the forum.
